Welcome to B2Gaudio. By downloading, installing, or using the B2Gaudio mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
B2Gaudio is a mobile application that allows users to share and listen to music together over a local WiFi network. The App supports importing local audio files and connecting to third-party streaming services such as Apple Music and Spotify.
2. Eligibility
B2Gaudio is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of 13, please use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Acceptable Use
By using B2Gaudio, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and play any music or media files through the App.
- Not use the App to distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
- Not use the App to harass, harm, or interfere with other users.
4. Music and Content
B2Gaudio does not host, store, or distribute music on any server. The App facilitates direct peer-to-peer sharing of audio between devices on the same local network. You are solely responsible for the content you import and share through the App. B2Gaudio does not endorse or assume liability for any user-shared content.
5. Third-Party Services
B2Gaudio integrates with third-party services including Apple Music, Spotify, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. B2Gaudio is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content provided by these third-party services.
6. In-App Purchases
B2Gaudio offers an optional in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. You can restore previous purchases at any time through the Settings screen in the App.
7. Advertisements
The free version of B2Gaudio displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are configured to be child-safe and comply with COPPA regulations. You may remove ads by purchasing the premium upgrade.
8. Intellectual Property
The B2Gaudio app, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of B2Gaudio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
B2Gaudio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content accessed through the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B2Gaudio and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to devices.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B2Gaudio and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
