Welcome to DriveMail Voice. By downloading, installing, or using the DriveMail Voice mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
DriveMail Voice is a voice-first email assistant for iOS and CarPlay. The App reads your unread emails aloud, provides AI-powered summaries, allows you to reply via voice dictation, and lets you mark emails as read — all hands-free. The App supports Gmail, Outlook, and iCloud/IMAP email accounts.
2. Eligibility
DriveMail Voice is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, please use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Access and Authorization
To use DriveMail Voice, you must authorize the App to access one or more of your email accounts. By granting access, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of those email accounts and that you consent to the App reading, modifying (marking as read), and sending emails on your behalf through voice commands. You can revoke access at any time through your email provider's security settings or by removing the account from the App.
4. Acceptable Use
By using DriveMail Voice, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the App while driving in a manner that distracts you from safe driving. The App is designed for hands-free use; always prioritize road safety.
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
- Not use the App to send unsolicited, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate emails.
- Verify the content of voice-dictated replies before confirming them for sending.
5. Voice Features and Accuracy
DriveMail Voice uses Apple's Speech Recognition and text-to-speech technologies. Voice recognition may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any voice-dictated replies before they are sent. The App will read back your dictated reply and ask for confirmation before sending. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate voice recognition or unintended message content.
6. AI Summarization
The App offers optional AI-powered email summaries processed entirely on your device. Summaries are generated using automated algorithms and may not perfectly capture the meaning or nuance of every email. Summaries are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as a substitute for reading the full email when accuracy is critical.
7. Email Actions
DriveMail Voice can perform the following actions on your email accounts at your explicit voice command: reading email content aloud, marking emails as read, and sending replies. The App will always ask for your confirmation before sending a reply or marking an email as read. We are not responsible for any consequences of email actions you authorize through the App.
8. Third-Party Services
DriveMail Voice integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail API, Microsoft Graph API, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. DriveMail Voice is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content provided by these third-party services.
9. In-App Purchases
DriveMail Voice offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove advertisements. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. You can restore previous purchases at any time through the Settings screen in the App.
10. Advertisements
The free version of DriveMail Voice displays a banner advertisement on the iPhone home screen only. No advertisements are shown during email playback, in CarPlay, or in any voice-driven interface. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. You may remove ads by purchasing the premium upgrade.
11. CarPlay Usage
When used with Apple CarPlay, DriveMail Voice operates in a voice-only mode optimized for driver safety. The CarPlay interface uses minimal visual elements as required by Apple's CarPlay guidelines. You are responsible for using the App safely and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws.
12. Intellectual Property
The DriveMail Voice app, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of B2Gaudio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
DriveMail Voice is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of voice recognition, text-to-speech, or AI summarization features. We make no warranties regarding the timely delivery of emails or the accuracy of email content as read aloud.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriveMail Voice and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: missed or misread emails, inaccurate voice dictation, unintended email actions, loss of data, or any consequences related to driving while using the App.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DriveMail Voice, B2Gaudio, and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
